Robert C. Shier, Jr. (President) - Bob has over 23 years of experience that includes counseling senior executives in the areas of income tax planning, investment and portfolio construction, sophisticated estate planning, and retirement planning. Prior to joining MullinTBG Advisors in 2004, Bob was an equity partner of the Ayco Company, L.P., a Goldman Sachs Company. As President of MullinTBG Advisors, Bob oversees all operations of the firm at both the individual and corporate level. Bob earned his J.D. from Albany Law School and is admitted to the New York State Bar. Designations and licenses include FINRA Series 7, 63, & 65, California Life, Accident and Health Insurance, and CTEC Tax Certification. |

Deanna B. McMahon, Ph.D.(Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer) - Deanna began her career at MullinTBG in 1979, and has over 30 years of experience in financial services industry which includes the design and funding of corporate nonqualified deferred compensation plans. In her role as the firm's Chief Investment Officer, she provides investment consulting services to MullinTBG client investment committees and oversees investment research on investment menus for nonqualified executive benefit plans. |

Nicole R. Joko (Vice President, Client Services) - Nicole has over 13 years of experience in income tax, financial planning and investment management. Prior to joining MullinTBG Advisors in 2004, Nicole was the Regional Training Coordinator at the Ayco Company, L.P., a Goldman Sachs Company, where she was responsible for managing a staff of 30 financial analysts. As the Vice President of Client Services, Nicole's responsibilities include managing relationships with high net worth clients, overseeing MullinTBG Advisors' business management operations, and managing individual and corporate client relationships. Nicole earned her B.S. in Business Administration from California State University Long Beach. Designations and licenses include FINRA Series 7 & 66, California Life, Accident and Health Insurance, and CTEC Tax Certification. |

I. Alexandro Jimenez (Vice President, Wealth Management) - Alex has over 16 years of experience counseling high net worth individuals in the areas of sophisticated estate, philanthropic, investment, income tax, and retirement planning. Prior to joining MullinTBG Advisors in 2005, Alex held senior positions at KPMG, the Ayco Company L.P., a Goldman Sachs Company, and the Tax & Financial Group focusing on private wealth management. Alex is responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, assisting in the development of training programs, and supervising financial planners. Alex earned his J.D. from the Quinnipiac School of Law and a L.L.M in Taxation from the University of San Diego School of Law. He is admitted to the New York and Connecticut State Bars. Designations and licenses include FINRA Series 7 & 66, California Life and Health Insurance, and CTEC Tax Certification. |

Arnold H. Kim (Vice President, Investment Advisory Services) - Arnold has over 14 years of experience in estate, investment, insurance and income tax planning. Prior to joining MullinTBG Advisors in 2005, Arnold worked at the Ayco Company, L.P., a Goldman Sachs Company, advising high net-worth individuals in the areas of income tax, investment, and retirement planning. Arnold is responsible for corporate investment and financial advisory services. Arnold earned his B.A. in Social Sciences from the University of California at Irvine, and an M.B.A. from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California. Patrick L. Chu, CPA (Vice President, Wealth Management) - Patrick has over 10 years of experience in tax and financial planning. He began his career at The Ayco Company, L.P., a Goldman Sachs Company, counseling high net-worth individuals in the areas of income tax, investment, and retirement planning. Prior to joining MullinTBG Advisors in 2010, Patrick worked at Macias, Gini & O'Connell LLP and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, advising individuals, corporations, and estates regarding complex tax issues. Patrick earned his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and an M.B.A. from The Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University. In addition, he is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and holds FINRA Series 7 & 66, and California Life and Health Insurance license. |

Brady A. Geissbuhler (Director, Investment Research and Analytics) - Brady has over 13 years of experience in the investment services industry. Prior to joining MullinTBG in 2001, Brady worked as a financial professional at the MONY Group where his responsibilities included financial planning and wealth management. Brady is responsible for overseeing investment research, analysis and evaluation of a broad range of investment offerings for non-qualified executive benefit plans. Additionally, Brady compiles competitive case analysis studies. Brady earned his B.S. in Business Administration from Pepperdine University. |

Brian T. Tu (Wealth Management Associate) - Brian has over 10 years of experience working in income tax and financial planning for high net worth clients. He has previously worked at Ernst & Young, and The Ayco Company, L.P., a Goldman Sachs Company. He has spent the majority of his time working with clients regarding their income tax and financial planning issues. Additionally, he has trained staff and financial analysts on all aspects of tax planning, preparation, and financial analysis. Brian is responsible for managing all financial and tax software applications, income tax preparation services, as well as working with individual high net-worth clients. Brian earned his B.A. in Economics from the University of California at Irvine, where he is currently pursuing an M.B.A as well. Kiah E. Kalweit (Financial Analyst, MullinTBG Advisors) Kiah has 5 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining MullinTBG Advisors in 2010, Kiah worked as an Investment Management Specialist at Wells Fargo Bank where she managed investment portfolios for both individual and trust accounts. Kiah is responsible for supporting individual and corporate investment advisory services. Kiah earned her B.S. in Business Administration from California State University Long Beach. |
